รายละเอียดงาน
1.Purpose of job: Responsible to execute any assignments assigned by management and ensure that it is implemented effectively. Responsible to translate Mandarin to English & Thai whether verbally or documented.
Report to: General Manager
2.Principle job responsibilities:
2.1 To execute any assignments assigned by management. Follow-up with current & potential customers enquires.
2.2 Assist management to implement any plans to achieve business goals.
2.3 Provide translation from Mandarin to English and Thai or vice versa for Chinese customers.
2.4 Help to translate all Chinese documents & drawing from Chinese to English or Thai.
2.5 Help to handle Chinese customer enquiries, quotations etc.
2.6 Provide customer service support in technical & administrative matters. Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve all matters relating to Chinese customers’ requirements, expectations, complaints, project management etc.
2.7 Build and develop good rapport with Chinese customers to achieve a long-term partnership.
2.8 Such other assignments as may be directed from time to time.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Industrial Engineering or any related fields.
- Good command of both spoken & written Chinese (Mandarin) & English.
- With some years’ experience in manufacturing environment. Prefer from plastic injection molding or tooling industries.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skill & negotiation skill.
- Computer proficiency
- Able to drive and have a car license
