DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
For daily operations
Support NPI projects (new developed projects) and co-ordinator with HQ and Customer on Green Product process and complete tast.
Align with customer quality requirements, including signed agreements, test plan, cosmetic, dimension
speciation etc. And transfer customer quality requirements to internal manufacturing processes.
Drive FAI by customer’s PPAP process and readiness collection, including Drawing, PMP, Flow Chart,
FMEA, SOP, SIP, WIP, Yield report, etc.
Drive internal KPI monthly / yearly reports internally.
Support customer on-site assessments includes QMS/Process audits and report closure.
For production operations
To develop, modify and sustain the Quality Management System in line with the required industry
standards (including: ISO 9001/ISO14001 and/or IATF16949 in the future).
Check the quality performance daily and master it’s within the KPIs.
Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Quality
Management Systems (QMS) and Internal process.
Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in all department. Focus any quality incidents on-site,
work with PE for the Root Cause Analysis and complete the CAPA process.
Drive the (QIP) Quality Improvement Process to reduce scrap or reworking cost work with internally.
Make confirmation with customer claims (Returns) and provide 8D discipline reporting as necessary.
Drive the materials contract improvement perform by audits if necessary.
Responsible to improve the standard of the process, organize data collection from the operations and then
applying problem-solving techniques.
Responsible for establish training materials and undertake continuous training and development system
for internally.
Maintain all testing instrument calibration plans.
Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required for compliance customer requirement.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- At least 3-5 years’ quality working experience in the die-cutting, rubber products for electronic product industries knowledge.
- Experience in the quality knowledge and skills/tools is a must, such as, 5 WHY, CAPA, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, GR&R etc…
- Good command of spoken and written English, Able to communicate in Mandarin
- Good report skills in PPT and Excel worksheet.
- Good communication and negotiation skills with internal and external.
- Good knowledge in ISO9001:2015 and ISO 14001 /or IATF16949 requirements.
- Knowleaged of Green Production process will be advantage
- Team Player, Problem Solving Skills
- Flexible working hours and able to work under tight schedule.
