รายละเอียดงาน1.Setting up new joiner machines and Generating sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process.
2.Managing JML processes (joiner, mover, leaver)
3.Resolving IT support requests from employees
4.Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
5.Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
6.Ensuring that all incidents are resolved within established service level agreements
7.IT inventory update & cleanup (check physical machine status)
8.Hardware Deployment & Upgrade i.e. installing & moving printer, monitor installation, moving IT assets as per business requirements, IT infrastructure maintenance support
9.Provide helpdesk support, via phone, computer, in person, and through our ticketing system, for most issues related to desktop software, hardware and peripherals.
10.Works with hardware vendors to resolve equipment failures/problems
11.Supporting Meeting Room & Pitching work and company events i.e. Precheck devices, Setting up VDO calls, check microphone and wifi connection.
