The Production Engineer is responsible for providing engineering support for the Production Department Management team, contributing to a more efficient factory. The Production Engineer focuses on rapidly resolving manufacturing problems, enabling production goals to be met. The Production Engineer is responsible of partnering with cross-functional in the implementation of improvement programs of optimize production.
1.The generation of Production Reports on a weekly and monthly basis, with continuous monitoring and analysis of this date to determine the improvements needed in Production.
2.Identifying and developing opportunities to reduce cycle time, error proof operation, and eliminate waste,
3.Provide technical support for Production troubleshooting, problem-solving, root cause analysis of process issues, and help drive solutions.
4.Assist Production Department with creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
5.Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment, materials, and resources to maximise profitability.
6.Assist in training operators to maximise the safety, quality and productivity of processes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills and Strong project management skills
- Good communicator and Works well in a team environment
- Motivated to achieve results
- A commitment to excellence
- Can do Will do attitude
- 3-5 years experienced in production engineer or process engineer
