- Develop and implement RPA solutions using Power Automate and UiPath to automate various processes within the insurance business. - Design and build robust workflows, ensuring that automation solutions are scalable and maintainable. - Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance. - Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and RPA solutions. - Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of project goals. - Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather feedback, address concerns, and refine RPA solutions. - Provide guidance and support to business users during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-deployment phases. - Offer continuous support to business teams to ensure the long-term success and efficiency of the automation solutions.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an RPA Developer with expertise in Power Automate and UiPath.
Strong understanding of RPA tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Experience in process automation within the insurance industry is a significant advantage.
Proficiency in integrating RPA solutions with other business applications, systems, and databases (e.g., CRM, ERP).
Familiarity with programming languages like VB.NET, C#, Python, JavaScript, HTML or similar is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in gathering requirements, understanding user needs, and delivering tailored automation solutions.
Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA processes.
