รายละเอียดงาน: Develop and implement the recruitment process to ensure all required vacancies are regularly filled in time and with the right quality of candidates.
: Proceed for job postings, participating in job fair, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, selection process, reference checks, candidate salary negotiation, offer processing, and employee agreement.
: Maintain and update database of candidate records including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations in all relevant systems (G-Mark System, Group-wise System, Business Plus System)
: Responsible for various recruitment and selection reports
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Female, 25 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
- Work experience over 1 year
- Able to use Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power point)
- Able to read and write English (Have TOEIC score will be an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership
- Public speaking skill
- Able to work overtime and travel to work in other provinces
- Able to drive a car safely and possess a driver's license
- Experience in using Gen AI and google form will be advantages
