รายละเอียดงาน• Approaching new customers by cold-calling, Presenting the company's services and following up with potential customers to increase sales of the company.
• Acquire Job vacancies from clients by executing strategy sales, then write Job description which are shared with candidates and for internal.
• Maintaining good relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Share the full information with Career Consultant team and contribute with them to provide the suitable quantity of candidate CVs with required quality.
• Offering advice to both clients and candidates on related matters.
• Achieving individual monthly placement targets.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Thai Male / Female
- Bachelor’s degree (any related field).
- Age not over 35yrs.
- Good command of English and computer skills (MS Office and Canva)
- Good Excel Skill
- Good communication skills with third party suppliers and colleagues
- Active to improve yourself and can cooperate with related departments
- Passion to grow up together with this organization.
- Personality (Active, possess initiative, Supportive, Flexible, Team player, Positive, Mature, detail-oriented)
- Have experience in Recruitment (Scout, Matching, Interviewing, write candidates recommendation) is advantaged
- Strong interests in HR field. Experience in a business consultancy firm is preferred.
- Have experience in Sales (B2B,B2C)
