รายละเอียดงาน
✅ Conduct Cold Calls and Email Outreach to acquire new clients and introduce Recruitment Agency Services.
✅ Schedule meetings and present talent acquisition solutions to potential clients.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients while providing consultation on hiring strategies.
✅ Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to ensure the delivery of solutions that align with client needs.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai Male / Female
- Bachelor’s degree (any related field).
- Age not over 35yrs.
- Good command of English and computer skills (MS Office and Canva)
- Good Excel Skill
- Good communication skills with third party suppliers and colleagues
- Active to improve yourself and can cooperate with related departments
- Passion to grow up together with this organization.
- Personality (Active, possess initiative, Supportive, Flexible, Team player, Positive, Mature, detail-oriented)
- Have experience in Recruitment (Scout, Matching, Interviewing, write candidates recommendation) is advantaged
- Strong interests in HR field. Experience in a business consultancy firm is preferred.
- Have experience in Sales (B2B,B2C)
