รายละเอียดงาน
1.Engineering Practice
-To study, prepare, check Cycle time (current & new model)
-To plan, prepare, create, check, update, maintenance & control Operation sheet (current & new model)
-To prepare, create, design, review Capacity (RFQ requirement)
-To corporate, prepare, check, create, maintenance & control Part structure (RFQ requirement)
-To support with assistance to corporate, prepare, check, create, maintenance & control Process design, Process Matrix and Line Concept (RFQ requirement)
-To Create, update, coporate and response as project schedule for Process flow, Floor layout and Capacity (Development stage)
-To Support documents : APQP, FMEA, Control Plan (Development stage)
-To Design & update Factory and office layout
-To study, coporate, prepare, check ,review and ensure effectiveness Consumable Trial
-To check & verify, review, feedback Engineering Drawing
-To Design & update Reverse Engineering
2. Engineering Management
-Support HOD to analyze business environment and determine annual department plan to accordance with the company's policies and strategies.
-To prepare, propose and monitoring department budget.
-To corporate with team solve the problem in operation.
-To review and take action fast response of any service request to Engineering.
-Performance monitoring and Development working process.
3.Development
-Coaching ,consulting and support practitioners to ensure they have enough competency.
-Plan individual development and career development for subordinate.
4.Other tasks as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศชาย หรือ หญิง อายุ 27 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี : Industrial Engineering , Electrical Engineering
- Experience in Engineering/Project management 3-5 years
- Computer MS office
- Engineering system
- สามารถพูดภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายเป็นอย่างดี
