- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements - Perform quality assurance - Define reporting and alerting requirements - Own and develop relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration - Help design, document, and maintain system processes - Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team - Communicate key insights and findings to the product team - Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. A bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology or related field.
  2. Good in spoken and written English is a must
  3. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  4. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  5. Excellent documentation skills.
  6. Advanced technical skills.
  7. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  8. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
