รายละเอียดงาน

1. To ensure under the direction of the superior that the job holder successfully achieve the operational targets for all warehouse activities, co-ordination these activities across all sections where their input assists in the achievement of the targets. 2. Within the frame work of all warehouse management and support to production line functions, He / She has to ensure the smooth of operation and follow up and managing all shop floor activities. 3. To ensure no. of resources, manpower and equipment to meet the operation requirement. 4. To promote and support work relating to working safety. 5. To support and supervise the safety officer at basic level, foreman level and professional level to comply with the rule, regulation, instruction, order or measures safety at work. 6. To investigate the reason for the injury, sickness or disturbance due to working of the employees, together with the safety office, and report the total result including the proposal to the management, for prevention of the incident without delay. 1. To improve, implement, and maintain the warehouse QC, safety standard according to DESC policy and Nestle requirement. 2. To direct Supervisors in their various duties and ensure that the work is completed within the required time frame and the quality standard determined by the internal and external customer, in accordance with DESC Methodology. 3. To agree with the superior in the standard areas of quality & productivity to meet the required standards. 4. To ensure that OPS staff level can achieve all KPI’s 5. To ensure that effective communication is delivered among all OPS staff level and all sections within the site. 6. To implement the GMP, Safety OHSAS / Quality system and ISO according to Exel policy and Nestle Bangchan factory standard requirement. 7. To identify the problem of internal procedures related to system and proposes the solution to get more effective and efficient procedure. 8. To coordinate with Operation Manager to control

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

เพศหญิง หรือ เพศชายอายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 27 ปีบริบูรณ์ ผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารหรือพ้นภาระทางทหารแล้ว
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไปไม่จำกัดสาขา
มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะกดดันได้ดี
มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านนี้มาก่อน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office และ Outlook ได้
สามารถอ่านและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษระดับพอใช้ถึงปานกลาง
มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี, กระตือรือร้น และมีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
สามารถทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์
