รายละเอียดงาน
- Co-ordinate with Vessel Operator / Vendors & Customers for Import related works.
- Received Pre-alert and Arrival Notice.
- Update and sending Arrival Notice to clients.
- Issuance of Invoice / Receipts for Import shipments
- Processing and issuing Delivery Order,
- Submit the Manifest with Thai Customs and Paperless (manual).
- Co-ordinate with Customers and Overseas Agents for queries / clarification relating to Import shipments
- Ensure that all details documents and invoices update to Costumers and system.
- Any other activities, which may be assigned by the Company.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Import experience minimum 1 years
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Word / Excel)
- Good negotiation skills and able to work under pressure
- Team player, service mind, multitasking and can work under pressure
- Experiece in CS Documents
- NVOCC / Box operator
