•Adhere to the company's policies, rules, and procedures diligently
•Comply with and carry out instructions given by the Operations Manager
•Research, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability
•Purchasing raw materials, tools, equipment, consumables and services according to the minimum stock system or details from purchase requisitions
•Oversee the procurement of imported components from multiple international countries.
•Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely delivery of purchased items
•Monitor purchase orders regarding on-time delivery
•Maintain the approved suppliers list
•Review and analyze purchasing trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
•Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of suppliers and vendors
