-Overtime pays. / Bonus 2 times a year (Automation)
-Free Shuttle bus
-Health and Life insurance, Provident Fund.
-Able to work night shift. / Shift allowance pays.
Job Responsibility:
1) able to direct, control, correct and improve production process to achieve plan.
2) Enforce safety rules on their team members.
3) able to operate, troubleshoot and perform small repairs on machines.
4) Analysis and investigation of defects and planning to improve in production process.
5) Monitor and Analysis trend graph for improvement quality of production.
6) Perform regular performance reviews on team members.
7) Inspect works done of team members to ensure that they meet company standards of good quality.
8) Must have leadership and motivation skills to lead different people.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age preferably 27-30 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering field.
- Experience at least 4 years in Production Control.
- Able to work in a shift rotation follow the company calendar, overtime and holiday.
- At least 1 year experience in people management skill.
- Manpower preparation and good team player and works well with all levels of employees.
