Requirements and Skills •Managing the customer relations between the owner and the company. •Be the main point of contact for the owner, during architecture and construction phase. •Coordinating and updating all information between the owner and internal departments. •Interacting with the owner and agents via email, phone calls, or in person. •Handling customer issues or queries to ensure that the owner receives a quality and professional service. •Following up on any pending work concerning the department and keeping the owner updated.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Effective communication skills with excellent people skills.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Excellent analytic and critical thinking skills with the ability of multi-tasking.
Previous experience in Customer Service or Real Estate role.
Must have an enthusiastic attitude, team player and is willing to learn on the job.
Meticulous and well organized.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Minimum TOEIC Score of 650 is desired.
Have knowledge of Architecture or Construction would be an advantage.
Bachelor’s Degree is desired (not essential).
