รายละเอียดงานRoles and Responsibilities :
- Manage customer relations between the owner and the organization.
- Be the main contact person for the owner mainly on Construction and Architecture part until Villa’s Handover process and transfer of the ownership.
- Coordinate and update all information between the owner and internal departments.
- Interact with the owner/agents via different channels of communication i.e. email, phone call, or in person etc.
- Handle on customer complaint to ensure that the owner receive the quick and professional service possible.
- Follow up the pending work to concern department and keep the owner updated.
