รายละเอียดงาน
1. With provided communication channels (phone, email and live chat) you are expected to deliver excellent customer service managing the needs of both our guests and hotel partners.
2. You will be accountable for meeting individual and team KPI.
3. Deliver strategic improvements on customer service. Professionally promote customers to complete solutions as self-service.
4. Continuously communicate to team leaders or managers in areas of work process improvements.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent experience
- Mustbe able tofluently write and speak the Thai & English language and be a native Thai
- Professional telephone manners and communication skills required
- Strong listening skills think-out-of- the-box for everyday solutions
- Able to work on flexible shifts (weekends, public holidays, etc.)
- 2 year of working experience in the related field. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
