•Collaborate with commercial team and develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns. •Support management with risk assessments, sales gap, and mitigation activities. •Participate in new demand forecasting tool implementation and ensure of data integrity throughout business. •Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy. •Successfully communicate forecast and required inventory estimations. •Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies. •Conduct bi-weekly pre-S&OP with involved parties from Sales, Marketing to Plant, Logistics. •Prepare and participate in S&OP if necessary. •Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, industrial engineering, statistics, mathematics or other relevant fields.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a demand planning/forecasting role.
Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
Strong analytical and statistical knowledge.
Attention to detail and ability to focus on numbers for both short and long period.
Adaptability, agility, resilience to new tools, processes, and advanced software package
Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
