● Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, including reviewing as-is processes, system, and documentation to define the Scope of Work and Requirements Specification. ● Develop or update User Requirement Specifications (URS) documents and ensure approval by business users and stakeholders. ● Verify and validate consistency across the Scope of Work, stakeholder expectations, and Requirements Specifications by collaborating with the technical team to align technical requirements and specifications with business needs. ● Design workflow and field specifications to work with the Software Design Team (UX/UI) creating intuitive UI design. ● Define initial guideline for user manual along with the Quality Assurance Team (QA) or Tester to establish comprehensive user manual documentation. ● Initiate, monitor, and maintain the quality of dashboard or report under own projects. ● Facilitate clear and effective communication between business users, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure project alignment and transparency.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences/Information and Communication Technology, or IT related fields.
  2. Have experience in gathering requirements, coordinating with users and the development team on a BA role for at least 2 years. New graduates are welcome.
  3. Knowledge or Experience in the IT & HealthCare business industry is an advantage.
  4. Knowledge or Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) tools is an advantage, for example, Power BI, Looker.
  5. Able to generate and update documentation in English and Thai.
  6. Strong analytical, problem solving, good attitude, high responsibility and good interpersonal skill.
  7. Able to work with team or independently, Self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  8. Able to deal and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints.
