**Position: Maintenance Engineering Manager - Pet Food Manufacturing Plant** **Job Description** 1. Plan and manage the maintenance of machinery and equipment in the plant to ensure continuous production and increase machinery efficiency. 2. Develop preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) plans to align with the company’s goals and budget. 3. Oversee maintenance team operations, including task delegation and employee skill development. 4. Analyze and improve maintenance processes to enhance efficiency, reduce machine downtime, and minimize maintenance costs. 5. Coordinate with the production department and other departments to address technical issues related to machinery and equipment in the production process. 6. Monitor and ensure safety compliance during maintenance work according to factory safety standards and company regulations. 7. Prepare reports on maintenance performance, encountered issues, and recommendations for improvements to present to management. 8. Oversee and manage the procurement of spare parts and maintenance supplies to ensure adequate availability for plant needs. 9. Evaluate and improve maintenance systems, incorporating new technologies as needed to suit the specific requirements of pet food manufacturing. 10. จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
อายุ 30-45 ปี
มีประสบการณ์ด้านโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตอาหาร 5-10 ปี
มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพอใช้ สามารถสื่อสารเข้าใจ
มีความรู้และทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี
มีประสบการณ์การซ่อมบำรุงอาคาร กระบวนการผลิต เครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการออกแบบวิศวกรรม ในโรงงานอาหาร การวางแผนงบประมาณ การบริหารโครงการ
มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญ ของการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์และอะไหล่ต่างๆ
มีทักษะแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
มีความเป็นผู้นำ กล้าคิด กล้าตัดสินใจ
มีทักษะในการจัดการและประสานงาน
