รายละเอียดงาน
-Create and implement sales strategies for business and budget plans and support to Sales team in purpose of expanding the new customers including maintaining the existing customers.
-Analyse the customer's business, competitors and current situation to make the business opportunity and build the relationship with the customers.
-Manage the target RFQ strategy and make the decision in order to secure the business.
-Ensure smooth business implementation as well as eliminating operational issues.
-Organize conference calls with oversea counterpart to discuss sales development, as and when it is necessary.
-Manage and control the information exchanges to local and overseas to ensure effective information sharing to develop the businesses manage and control the information exchanges to local and overseas to ensure effective information sharing to develop the businesses.
-Control SOP to meet up CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT.
-Analysis and increase the customer satisfaction's score from the CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY within timeframe.
-Prepare monthly report for management review.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Philippines India Male/ Female 25-30 years old.
- Bachelor Electrical Engineering.
- Ability to lead sale team with people management skills.
- Strong experience of seeking new potential clients.
- Fluent in English, both of written and spoken.
- Own car and driving license is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Active person with good sales personality.
- Strong negotiation, decision problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in sales and electrical engineer.
- Experience taking care oversea client.
- Able to start working immediately.
- Holding TOEIC score.
