รายละเอียดงาน
1. Arranging meetings for the Board, related Board Committees and the Shareholders. 2. Ensuring the compliance of the Company and the Board of Directors with the relevant laws, rules & regulations, resolutions of both the Board and AGM's meetings including corporate governance practices 3. Coordinating with both internal and external parties such as SET, SEC to ensure good governance practices and in compliance with law and regulation. 4. Prepare and coordinate for making Annual Report, Sustainability Report and others. 5. Perform other tasks assigned by the Executive (MD and CEO), Board of Directors and Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Strong time management and organizational skills and able to meet deadlines.
  2. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  3. Pleasant personality, energetic, and good team player.
  4. Strong Understanding of financial reports and analytics methods.
  5. Good command of English and Thai.
  6. Good skills in Microsoft Office (Word ,Excel,PowerPoint etc.)
