• To be responsible for plastics manufacturing processes, equipment/tooling alternatives, sequence, and flow of operations to effectively utilize personnel, material, machines, auxiliary equipment, and facilities necessary to produce parts. • Implement and optimize production methodologies in the manufacturing operations of ALPLA Packaging Thailand Co.,Ltd • Optimize product flow though the factory though process optimization that may include tool /fixture selection, line layouts, ergonomic study, material presentation, and other relevant factors. Interface with design, test, quality and industrial engineering to solve problem. • Improve manufacturability and implement continual improvement. • Sustain products with cost reduction and yield improvements. • Work with quality to compile and evaluate data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial related field, Plastic technology preferred.
5 years’ experience for handling in plastic injection and molding Manufacturing.
Knowledge of injection machine and able to operate injection
Knowledge of injection process and able to analysis and troubleshooting problem.
Good command of spoken and written English
Knowledge in SAP, ISO 9001/ 14001 preferred
Able to work Monday-Saturday, work overtime.
