About the job:

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Foretoday client service, research, and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Foretoday's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of the right customers.
Responsibilities:
Work towards strategic business goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience to grow our customer’s business.
Conduct frequent phone/face consultations with clients to advise them on how to get the best return on their online ads investment.
Implement creative ways and marketing analytics to improve customer relationships, tailor and share online marketing strategy suggestions and promote other products.
Communicate with customers proactively.
Establish relationships via monthly reporting or e-mail marketing, and deliver a full consultative experience by following up with consistent educational communications.
Create proposals to represent solutions designed around client goals.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-year experience in digital marketing, or similar fields.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Thai fluently
- New graduates also welcome
- Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape.
- Project management experience with an ability to work across teams and influence senior leaders.
- Tolerance for working pressure and ability to work in a fast-changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Operational rigor combined with excellent business acumen, problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.
- Long-term strategic thinking balanced with near-term execution skills and the ability to take complex data and distill them into a meaningful and coherent story.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with peers, management, and cross-functional teams.
- Executive-level written and visual presentation skills.
