Collaborating with the Thai Patent Office, attorneys, technical specialists, foreign associates and colleagues.
Assisting attorneys in preparing applications for filing by resolving discrepancies, errors, and omissions.
Extracting relevant information on patent applications from correspondence and database of Thai Patent Office.
Entering new cases; patent/petty patent/design application, draft, search, opposition etc., into internal docketing database.
Maintaining docketing, tracking deadlines and reminders, and generating docket daily and weekly reports to the team.
Maintaining patent files and regularly reviewing records.
Reporting application updates to clients.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male / Female, Age 28 years old up. Thai nationality.
- At least 5 years of experience in patent prosecution.
- Fluency in reading and writing skills in Thai and English. (TOEIC® test score should be 750+)
- Good command of MS Office, especially Words, Excel.
- Previous work experience in a law firm is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, collaborate with others and work under pressures to meet deadlines.
