- Prepare meeting agenda, take minutes of meetings, arrange appointments, meeting rooms and necessary material related to board meeting and internal meetings.
- Act as translator or interpreter to translate document (Chinese - English-Thai), draft letters, memo, etc.
- Business trip arrangement which include the transportation, hotel, visa application.
- Other task assign by superior.
