Job Summary: The Process Quality Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of manufacturing processes. This role involves analyzing production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance product quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: •Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedure for quality control. •Monitor production processes to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. •Analyze inspection data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. •Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address quality issues. •Collaborate with production teams to implement process improvements and optimize workflows. •Conduct audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. •Train QC inspector on quality control procedures and best practices. •Participate in the development of quality control plans and documentation. •Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components. •Support the implementation of new inspection equipment and methodologies.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  2. •Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
  3. •Proven experience with quality assurance methodologies and tools (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, ISO system and Document Control).
  4. •Experience with Incoming, In-process, outgoing and other data analysis techniques.
  5. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. •Proficient in Microsoft Platform
  7. •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  8. •Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
  9. •Knowledge of regulatory standards and industry best practices (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
