รายละเอียดงาน- Oversee the recruitment function, maintain recruitment database records and modules, regularly assessing and updating recruitment selection criteria.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding recruitment, employee transfer, replacement, salary adjustment and year-end performance appraisal
- Control testing and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews
- Analyze business plans to determine present and likely future staff needs. Identify the companys staffing needs and develop policies and procedures to ensure that the required numbers and types of staff are recruited within agreed budgets to meet operational requirements.
- Monitor overall HR operations include HRM, HRD, ER and GA fields
- Maintain good communication and positive relationships with employee to promote employee satisfaction
- Support Top Management and prepare report when necessary
