•In charge of replying to customers on Meta Messenger, Facebook comments and infothai@f24s.com from Monday – Friday. •Set up promotion replying to potential customers who texted or commented. •Set up Q & A for Customer Service team to make sure the team answer in the same way both for base information and upcoming promotion. •In charge of member cases for 7 locations through phone call, Client portal’s Case tracking and member who contact via messenger or email to infothai@f24s.com •Responsible for Monthly Hospitality call, to provide a warm welcome to new members who sign up in the beginning of the month and summary into report. •Summary Customer Service report from Meta to Customer Service Manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor’s degree in any field
  2. Good English skills both written and speaking
  3. Able to work under pressure with limited timeline
  4. Eager to learn new things, creative and proactive with all assign tasks
  5. Able to manage Microsoft through work task ex. Word, Power Point or Excel
  6. Have hospitality mind and willing to be a company's ambassador
