รายละเอียดงาน
• Monitor daily workload and activities of staff scheduling and training to develop an effective team with strong operation focus.
•Supervises day-to-day pickup operation, complete 100% of pickup assigned to DOP daily, packages picked up are free from damage, complete handover of packages to sortation and reconciliation done with the team leader by end of the day, as assigned.
•Monitors work to ensure efficient and effective operations. Observes operational practices and enforces safety policies and procedures. Makes recommendations for process improvement, including changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of operations.
•Investigates and resolves inquiries and complaints related to pick up operations promptly & timely.
•In charge of day-to-day Dropped off service operation, complete 100% of dropped off brought by sellers to hub daily, packages dropped off are free from damage, complete handover of packages to sortation and reconciliation done with the team leader by end of the day, as assigned.
•Generates and analyses operational reports and make recommendations as appropriate for necessary action and improvement.
•Support Supervisor/ Manager to review work processes, identify and resolve process gaps through constructive feedback for continuous improvement where appropriate.
•Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree graduated in related field
- Minimum 3 years experiences in training or sales field
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
- Fast learner, assertive and proactive
- Key skills required: Communication and problem-solving Skill
