• Define requirements from customers and prepare customization proposal and customization’s specification.
• Support Consultants to perform business assessment (get user’s requirements, define requirements, define user’s responsibility and user’s authorization).
• Analyze the requirements and provide the customers with the solutions (such as standard solutions, work-around solutions, and customization solutions, etc.)
• Support key user and end user training documents.
• Application Testing and Troubleshooting, Patch Testing, and Customer Support.
