รายละเอียดงาน
1. Verifying and inspecting requisition.
2. Posting required IT job positions on Jobsites.
3. Searching and screening job-seekers’ resume.
4. Coordinating both candidate and customer side for making appointments of interview processes.
5. Providing results of job applications to candidates.
Filling form of hiring information.
6. Issuing an employment contract together with coordination for signing.
7. Setting up an orientation process for new employees.
8. Submitting all documents and information to the HR Department.
Following all probation processes ranging from preparing evaluation documents to issuing probation result letters.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience in a related field for at least 1 year.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Understand in nature of recruitment aspects.
- Knowledge in the IT field will be advantageous.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Good at working as a team and cooperating with others.
