-Handle the entire recruitment process for large volumes of candidates from start to finish.
-Recruit employees as per company requirements.
-Research platforms for recruitment opportunities.
-Develop recruitment plans for all channels.
-Manage job application channels on social media platforms such as TikTok
-Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
-Properly prepare the employment contract and all other necessary documents for the first day of work
-Manage and facilitate the orientation and onboarding process for new employees
-Prepare and distribute uniforms for new employees.
-Weekly performance report
-Perform other duties as assigned.

At least 1 year of experience in recruitment.
Basic proficiency in English communication.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Canva, Excel, etc.
Knowledge and understanding of HR operations and principles.
