รายละเอียดงาน1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
2. Supervise and support the activities of foreigners such as accommodation, hotels, ticketing, visa and work permits
3. Supervise all general affairs activities so that the Company is able to operate without any disruption such as Canteen, Transportation, Security Guard, Maid, Gardener, Driver, Utilities, Facilities, Stationary, Uniform, Visitors, etc.
4. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
5. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
6. Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/e-mail.
7. Manage messengers and drivers’ jobs for all samples
8. Responsibility for all admin jobs
