•Managing Customer Service Function, making and keeping relationship with customer and subcontractor, making quotation(Ocean/Air/Inland), get quotation from Subcontractor(Ocean/Air/Inland),
•Find new sub, propose convenience scheme to customer and follow up daily operation,
•Solving problems with customer and Subcontractor.
•Increase customer’s satisfaction.
•Making Marketing documents
•Support for Japanese boss’s sales.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in Logistics related position for more than 5 years
- Experience in Forwarder for more than 3 years (handling operation by him/herself)
- Business level of English (or Japanese)
- Able to work on Saturday 2 times per month (3.5 flexing hours on Saturday)
- Good to have ever worked at Japanese logistics company
- Good to have a knowledge of FDA (they are strategically focus on Food Industry)
