(Sometimes accompany with manager to visit customers)
• Ensure accurate communication between Japanese management
and local staff.

General Affairs (30%)
• Administration and coordination, e.g., scheduling, travel
arrangements, visa applications.
• Correspondence and document management.
• Event planning, coordination, provide language support for various
projects and initiatives.
