รายละเอียดงาน

- Responsible to perform inspection and other quality assurance tasks for incoming material (Spices) and packaging, including complete the inspection result and report to supervisor. - Responsible to perform microbiological analysis of raw material, pack material, work in process, finish good and internal purified water, including analyse sample product from other internal parties. - Responsible to perform process inspection (material transfering and repackaging process) for ensure that those process are operate to comply with GHPs and HACCP Standard. - Responsible to update and ensure that standard and other concern documents are up-to-date. - Responsible to plan, operate and monitor internal environmental parameter and personal hygiene (such as air test, swap test and etc.) for ensure the cleanliness of production plant and quality assurance laboratory. - Responsible to coordinate with supplier in case of nonconformity of receiving material and complaint from customer that cause from noncomformity of receiving material. - Resposible to coordinate with supplier for sourcing or repairing of tools or equipments for quality assurance laboratory. - Responsible to perform and coordinate the other administration tasks that concern with quality assuarance tasks.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in food science, food technology, microbiological and other relevent field.
At least 1 years of experience in quality assurance / control in food industrial field.
Experience in manufacturing of dry product, powder, sugar, food additive or importing of food ingredient are plus.
Skills in inspection, quality control in term of physical, chemical and biological are prefer.
Knowledge in quality management system, food safety and food regulation.
Fairly skill in English language and computor, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
