รายละเอียดงาน-To monitoring “Customer Service” department for the document concern to operation team before inbound and outbound of cargo by daily
-
To be representative of Customer Service department to investigate, prepare preventive and corrective action for complaint issue.
-To support information requested by Operation department on investigate or damage isssue.
-To follow up damage claim invoice from customer with coordinate to Unithai’s accounting section to complete payment.
-To co-ordinate with Marketing Department to solve the any problem of operation and customer.
-To be monitoring for documentation of Warehouse Operations by received and issued including the document to be filed.
-To monitoring inventory list with control for Warehouse Operations and Customers month by month correctly.
-To be monitoring for inventory accuracy by cycle count.
-To prepare data of Warehouse Activities from customers for month end billing to “Accounting section” and monitoring all billing issue.
-To prepare department report: Update Monthly Cargo value / Movement / Revenue and Contract submit to Warehouse Manager.
-To create Working Instruction for new customer or new requirement from existing customer and training for the person in charge.
-To review and verify ISO WI & QP.
-To be Audit lead (internal and external)
-Other assignment as request from the company.

- Experience in warehousing, CS field
- Able to travel to work by himself
- Able to use MS Office
- Able to use English and Chinese
