รายละเอียดงาน
1.Manage all below items related to Automation Machine.
- Machine UPH
- Machine AOI Yield
- Machine Yield and Downtime improvement
- Customer related matters
- Any other related matters pertaining to Machine Automation.
2.Design and manage machine periodic and breakdown maintenance Yield Monitoring and improvement.
3.Support Equipment , Fixtures design concept for each model.
4.Support presentation package to QA for 4 M changes
Verify Production Capacity Assessment (PCA) and Cycle time and support CIP if needed.
5.Perform investigation for any customer complain or line problem and submit 8D findings report.
6.Take care of all complain related quality issues in Auto Line.
7.Involve and support company activities pertaining to Manufacturing process.
8.Manage all task to achieve department target and company goal.
9.Be the focal person to take care all Auto Machine related engineering function.
10.Make coordination with other for CIP activities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronic Engineer, Automation Engineer or related field.
- Have experience 2 - 5 years in Automation & AOI Engineer.
- Knowledge basic design and Auto CAD, SolidWorks.
- Have good relationship with team and interpersonal skills and Self-motivated and leadership..
- Able to read/write drawing.
- Good command communicates in English.
