รายละเอียดงาน- Solves day to day problems by executing a full scale of customer service activities (Sales order processing, scheduling update, customer complaints, payment, purchasing)
- Actively monitors and tracks demand vs forecast, standard order lead time for analysis and process improvement in cooperation with customer and factory.
- Coordinate with logistics for booking schedule, shipment arrangement. Provide necessary document for customs clearance (invoice, packing and B/L or AWB)
- Enters update Quotation into company system (eWORKFLOW).
- Enters new material master into company system (eWORKFLOW and SAP).
