- Assist the sales team to identify new customers via networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
- Assist the sales team to prepare proposal, quotations, contract agreements or other necessary documents by being the main person to coordinate with the pre-sales team for technical confirmation of projects.
- Analyze sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective, propose and lead the effort to improve the outcome of sales activities.
- Develop and plan marketing activities for products in charge to support sales team to obtain higher potential of organic inbound enquiries.
- Maintain an accurate record of revenue, cost and profit of all sales activities.
- Prepare routine sales reports and present them to the management.
- Perform other related tasks as needed or assigned according from chain of command.
