รายละเอียดงาน
1. Responsible for an outbound call or chat with potential customers who drop the contact and information via Sunday Social Media, website or offline booth. 2. Service clients and provide insurance information when needed. 3. To assist the customers on selecting the right products and walkthrough the buying journey until the clients complete the purchase. 4. Communicate with clients to disseminate or explain information relating to responsible function. 5. Collecting feedback from current and potential clients. 6. Support Manager to achieve team targets. 7. Perform duties and/or tasks assigned by the head.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Any gender or age are welcome.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any field.
  3. Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in telesales, inside sales or any related field with basic group insurance knowledge is a huge benefit.
  4. Be able to work in shift.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with sales driven mindset.
  6. Self-motivated, result-oriented and open-minded (Accept criticisms and eager to ask for comments or suggestions)
  7. Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  8. On-track behavior and can-do attitude.
  9. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  10. Proficiency in English is a big plus.
