รายละเอียดงาน
- Lead and oversee daily quality management activities.
- Collaborate with teams to foster a strong quality culture.
- Manage customer and supplier quality issues, including complaints, product returns, and audits.
- Conduct monthly reviews and report on quality KPIs.
- Maintain and control quality management procedures and documentation.
- Plan and oversee measurement calibration and evaluate results.
- Utilize SPC, FMEA, MSA, and other QC tools to enhance quality processes.
- Perform other related QA tasks as required.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/Female, 25 years old and up
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or related subject
- At least 3 years of QA experience in manufacturing (die-cutting experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and ISO management systems.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, MSA, and quality control tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English.
