รายละเอียดงาน
Technical Expertise:
1.Extensive experience in material science laboratories, with expertise in techniques such as Outgas, FTIR, Ion Chromatography (IC), LPC and SEM/EDX.
2.Working with HDD or HDD component manufacturers, with a solid understanding of cleanliness requirements for HDD industries.
Laboratory Management Skills:
1.Experience in managing and overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
2.Knowledge of laboratory maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to keep equipment operating efficiently.
Process Optimization and Quality Focus:
1.Ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to cleanliness and applying root cause analysis techniques.
2.Strong background in testing methods.
3.Experience in implementing or improving cleanliness standards for components.
Collaboration and Communication:
1.Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments, ensuring smooth operations and clear reporting.
2.Experience in training and mentoring lab technicians and cross-functional teams on cleanliness standards and best practices.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
1.Strong analytical skills to interpret data from cleanliness tests and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality.
2.Ability to provide actionable insights based on testing results and work closely with other teams to resolve issues promptly.
Continuous Improvement Mindset:
1.Focused on implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cleanliness testing processes and efficiency within the lab.
2.Willingness to adapt and integrate new technologies or methods to enhance laboratory operations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Material Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Have experience in Cleanliness Lab Manager at least 5 years.
- Extensive experience in material science laboratories, with expertise in techniques such as Outgas, FTIR, Ion Chromatography (IC), LPC and SEM/EDX.
- Experience in managing and overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to cleanliness and apply root cause analysis techniques and strong background in testing methods.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments, ensuring smooth operations and clear reporting and training and mentoring lab technicians and cross-functional teams on cleanliness standards and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data from cleanliness tests and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality and ability to provide actionable insights based on testing results and work closely with other teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Focused on implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cleanliness testing processes and efficiency within the lab willingness to adapt and integrate new technologies or methods to enhance laboratory operations.
- Good attitude and growth mindset.
- Good command communicates in English.
- Good command computer program Microsoft Office.
