รายละเอียดงาน
•Follow up with customers on samples.
•Follow up with customers on order details.
•Coordinate with planner for production and delivery.
•Cross-checking for materials procurement and components.
•Coordinate with production for order progress and status.
•Welcoming customers and providing excellent services to them.
•Being ready at all times to answer any questions that customers may have.
•Handling customers’ inquiries and solving unexpected circumstances in a professional manner.
•Registering new customer and updating the appointment according to the visit type
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher : Abroad or International program education is preferred.
- At least 3 years related experiences in jewellery industry
- Able to work at Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate on Bangna-Trad
- Able to travel overseas as requested
- Having on-going personality and sense of urgency with good communication and negotiation
- English proficiency in both writing and speaking and computer literacy
