- Improve Client satisfaction and retention.
- Capture/Match customer’s requirements to MON’s service. In a timely, accurate and constructive manner, cascade/communicate the client’s requirements to MON’s operation & other teams, and vice versa.
- Initiate and formulate improvement initiatives relating to assign clients or service types.
- Keep regular visit to establish long-term relationship with various stakeholders of the client.
