• Arrange appointments, organize and provide service on any meetings.
• Manage databases, document filings and generate department reports as required on regularly basis.
• Organize the resources necessary to put together high-quality sales presentations.
• Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders are always up to date and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
• Handle email correspondence and liaison with relevant departments.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in any related business fields.
- 1-2 years of working experience in support function or similar roles.
- Skillful in computer programs and typing especially with Microsoft Office suite.
- Service mind and team working skills with assertiveness personality.
- Time management and communication skills are essential.
- Strong attention to details and deadline.
- Microsoft Office skills are required, especially Microsoft Excel.
