รายละเอียดงาน-Manage the Staffing and Employment processes according to the HR Policy and Business Plan.
-Set the objectives and continuously monitor to achieve the objectives.
-Oversee and develop the Compensation and Benefits to be better, fair and align with policy.
-Prepare Annual Budget for HR Department.
-Manage all disciplinary issues. Lead, Monitor and guide the orientation for new staffs.
-Arrange and conduct the trainings.
-Ensure the smooth operations of administration of the human resources, safety and security functions of the Company absenteeism, leave administration, medical benefits, transfers, promotions, terminations, salary adjustments, and maintenance of personnel records, etc
-Manage all industrial relations strategies, negotiations and employee relations activities including management union dialogues and relationships, collective agreement, advise Line Management on the interpretation of various Labor Legislation and Collective Agreements
-Execute HR strategies/plans with guidance from Management
-Provide advice to employees for all people-related matters and act as the voice of the employees
-Own employee engagement, career development to boost employee happiness
-Manage the HR (less recruitment) & Admin Teams
-Responsible for HR OperationsOversee office administration; ensure office and facilities are in the good condition, and operates effectively and smoothly
