• Lead Demand planning team on Company Sale Forecasting to align with Company sale plan and strategy • Collaboratively engage and facilitate meetings with Merchandising, Product Development, Marketing, Sale Operation and other functions to ensure on sale forecasting alignment • Work with Supply Planning team on inventory optimization management to minimize out of stocks while maximize sale • Continuous improvement on demand planning process, demand analysis and forecast accuracy • Develop, recommend, and utilize appropriate statistical models for S&OP Sales Forecast in planning system • Proactively and comprehensively manage and maintain all demand activity to ensure on demand plan accuracy • Support line manager in sale & demand analysis and preparation data for the meeting with Executive team

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Statistics, logistics, Business Administration or related fields.
8-10 years in demand supply planning experiences
Good communications skills and be able to work with team
Strong logic thinking, analyst thinking.
Knowledge of statistics, excel, power point, do report.
Be able to learn new thing
