- Customer service operations for air cargo (Air import)
- Main duties are to handle air import paperwork (including customs clearance and delivery) arrangements with customers by phone and e-mail.
- Visits to customers are required in some cases.
- Checking customs clearance status after cargo arrival.
- Handling troubleshooting. Correspondence with the distributor
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree of food science
- At Least 2-3 years of CS experience in Forwarding Company (Air Freight)
- Or New Grad from Logistics Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be able to commute to work on their own.
- Able to work by 1 week of March in 2025
- Good command of English
