รายละเอียดงาน
1. Control and improve productivity / NG.
2. Production conditions control and WI improvement.
3. Control and quide Supervisors and coordinate with Engineer team.
4. Forcast and control tools / equipment including factory supply.
5. Create and improve machining job WI / check sheet / other document.
6. Leader for 3 pillars about WI / Q-Point / PM including 4S.
7. Teaching & Training team and Evaluation.
8. Visual board update and control.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male / Female, Age 30-40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree of Arts / Management / Electrical / Mechanical or related field
- Experience of Arts / Management / Electrical / Mechanical background.
- Knowledge NC / CNC or any production and Supervisor more 3 years.
- Leadership for control Supervisor / Foreman / Leader / Operator.
- Abilities with computer / basic program / understand 4S.
- Can be working under pressure with Japanese style.
- Knowledge of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001
