Provide excellent customer service in irregularity situations, handling all ticketing and check in functions on remote basis. (Work at our Business Service Center, at Nuam Asoke)
- Rebooking and Reissue Processing
- Handling excess baggage charge and all other charges
- Notify passengers / agents via email, phone, text message
- Offer customer / agent alternative solutions
- Reservations, service and sales of LHG products and its cooperation partners
- Ensure all passenger services are provided within Lufthansa Group quality standards
- Follow required safety and security procedures in accordance with all company guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Project a professional and congenial personality for daily interaction with customers and customer service team-members
